Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 3 May 2026
Agreement
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing educational materials on our Platform (“Services”), you accept these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of an institution, both you individually and your organisation remain responsible.
Educational scope
Sessions, videos, question banks, and mock examinations are supplementary learning aids. They complement—not substitute—your university syllabus, bedside teaching, or licensed clinical judgement. Passing our tests does not grant professional licensure independent of regulators.
Eligibility
You must accurately represent affiliation and academic stage. Institutional licensing may impose additional behavioural rules that override inconsistent sections here.
Accounts and security
Keep credentials confidential. Notify us of unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts involved in credential sharing, scraping, or attempts to bypass paywalls.
Subscriptions, payments, and taxes
Fees, renewal periods, and refund windows appear at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in accordance with app store or web billing rules. Applicable taxes are added per law. Failed payments may downgrade access without breaching accrued obligations.
Acceptable use
- Copying, scraping, redistribution, resale, sublicensing or mass downloading of copyrighted materials absent written permission.
- Harassment, hate speech, or unlawful discriminatory remarks in discussion areas.
- Transmitting viruses, disrupting servers, brute-forcing login flows, injecting malicious payloads.
- Manipulating leaderboard or exam telemetry to distort legitimate rankings.
- Clinical advice or telemedicine through Platform channels—we do not offer patient-specific diagnosis unless explicitly stated as a supervised university tele-rotation authorised in writing.
Intellectual property
Content, logos, typography, UX assets, authored clinical explanations, curated question rationales belong to licensors or ourselves. Licence is personal, revocable once subscription lapses unless perpetual download rights expressly purchased.
User-generated submissions
Notes, flagged errata suggestions, moderation reports may become non-exclusive licensed to us strictly to improve curricula. Sensitive patient identifiers must never be uploaded.
Live classes and recordings
Scheduled sessions rely on acceptable internet quality. Unexpected outages qualify for reschedule credits—not damages—unless statutory law mandates otherwise.
Beta or experimental modes
Features flagged beta may malfunction; feedback is welcomed but SLA commitments do not attach.
Limitation of liability
To maximum extent permitted under law, aggregated liability excludes indirect, punitive, reputational losses. Liability cap equals fees paid within three months preceding incident unless misconduct is deliberate.
Indemnity
You indemnify platform operators against claims arising from your misuse, breach of law, unauthorised clinical disclosure, credential sharing enabling IP theft.
Force majeure
Neither party liable for disruptions beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, major grid failures, geopolitical outages.
Termination
You may deactivate subject to prepaid commitment windows. Persistent violations—cheating syndicates, mass piracy—instantly terminate licences without refunds.
Governing law and disputes
Specify Indian courts/arbitration centre here consistent with incorporation documents.
