2. Include your registered mobile number or email and any account details that help us identify your profile.
3. Our support team may contact you for verification before processing your request.

What we delete

• Profile and account information linked to your account.
• App activity data associated with your user identity.
• Stored personal identifiers, except where retention is legally required.

Retention exceptions

Some records may be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance purposes.

Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7-15 business days.
